We will speak with you for 15 minutes to identify the legal support you will benefit from and the pricing option that best suits your budget.
Domestic building contract review and advice (fixed fee)
Legal review and advice about your home building or renovation contract, including recommended edits and new terms to request from your builder.
Preparing subcontract or single trade contract (fixed fee)
If you're a subcontractor or a single trade contractor (such as a bricklayer or landscaper), we'll prepare your subcontract for you.
Preparing main contract (fixed fee)
If you're a main contractor or builder, we'll prepare your contract for you, including advising on the best standard form terms and conditions to incorporate into your project.
Advice and dispute resolution - Principal
Hourly rate for our Principal, Alexander Rowe.
Advice and dispute resolution - Associate
Hourly rate for work performed by our associates.
Document preparation and filing - Paralegal
Hourly rate for work performed by our paralegals.
Fixed fees for specific tasks
We will be happy to offer fixed fees for specific tasks you may require, please contact us to discuss.
