Our domestic building contract review and advice is for a fixed fee of $990 (incl. GST) - and we don't charge until after we deliver our advice.
Negotiations with the builder
If you would like further assistance, we will get the contract to the point where you are either happy to sign it, or decide not to proceed with that builder.
That includes us doing the following
- Negotiating with the builder on your behalf, to obtain terms and conditions that you are happy with.
- Further consultations with you, as required
We will do that work for you at our hourly rates, with our total fee capped at 0.5% of your Contract Price (incl. GST) - no matter how much work is required.
