We will perform for you a full legal review and issue advice about the proposed contract documents. That will include:
- Builder background and compliance checks
- Plain-English written advice
- Clear risk summary
- Table of proposed changes to make
- A consultation with you, to run through our advice and recommendations
- All for a fixed fee of $990 (incl. GST) - with no charge until we deliver you our advice
Negotiations with the builder on your behalf
If you would like further assistance, we will get the contract to the point where you are either happy to sign it, or decide not to proceed with that builder.
That includes us doing the following
- Negotiating with the builder on your behalf, to obtain terms and conditions that you are happy with.
- Further consultations with you, as required
We will do that work for you at our hourly rates, with our total fee capped at 0.5% of your Contract Price (incl. GST) - no matter how much work is required.
